Senior Data Analyst

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis
Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
Experience with data visualization tools, especially Tableau.
Solid understanding of data cleanup and data consolidation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
Effective communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with SQL and programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.

Perform ETL processes to collect and clean data from various sources.
Develop and maintain automated workflows for data extraction and transformation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and visualization.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau for actionable insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and communicate findings effectively.
Standardize and clean messy data to improve data quality.
Merge and consolidate data from disparate sources to create a single source of truth.
Implement data governance practices for data consistency.
Document data processes, methodologies, and data dictionaries.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
