Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager for a minimum of 5 years, managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) would certainly help you stand out.
Your role and responsibilities
Project Planning and Goal Setting: – Set clear project goals and objectives in alignment with organizational objectives. – Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and budget estimates.
Resource Management, budgeting: – Manage project resources, including software and team members. – Ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize project efficiency.
Team Coordination and Scheduling: – Coordinate project team members, assigning responsibilities and developing schedules. – Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Stakeholder Management: – Overseas client teams and the end-customers communications – Internal technical team collaboration
Risk Assessment and Progress Monitoring: – Conduct risk assessments for projects and develop mitigation plans. – Organize regular meetings to discuss project goals, progress, and challenges.
Documentation: – Write comprehensive product documentation to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer. – Provide regular status updates on development tasks to the Director and stakeholders.
