Growth Marketing Manager

Are you the right fit?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a specific focus on Google Ads platforms (search ads, display ads, and video ads).
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms for data-driven decision-making, with a strong emphasis on Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video advertising.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across different Google Ads platforms simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in other marketing software and tools, including SEO tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Pirate Funnel framework is beneficial but not mandatory.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on leveraging Google Ads platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly on Google Ads platforms, for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze marketing data from Google Ads and other analytics tools to make informed, data-driven decisions and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling marketing collateral tailored for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Define and segment target audiences, particularly for Google Ads campaigns, to tailor marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all Google Ads platforms.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, with a focus on cost-effective campaigns across Google Ads platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in digital advertising and Google Ads, and monitor competitors through market research.
