Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is preferred but not required.
A minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a specific focus on Google Ads platforms (search ads, display ads, and video ads).
Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms for data-driven decision-making, with a strong emphasis on Google Analytics.
Demonstrated expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video advertising.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across different Google Ads platforms simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in digital advertising.
Proficiency in other marketing software and tools, including SEO tools and email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
Knowledge of the Pirate Funnel framework is beneficial but not mandatory.

Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on leveraging Google Ads platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly on Google Ads platforms, for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Analyze marketing data from Google Ads and other analytics tools to make informed, data-driven decisions and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling marketing collateral tailored for Google Ads campaigns.
Define and segment target audiences, particularly for Google Ads campaigns, to tailor marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all Google Ads platforms.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, with a focus on cost-effective campaigns across Google Ads platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in digital advertising and Google Ads, and monitor competitors through market research.
