Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong foundation in web development
Proficiency in Front-end programming software such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript (vanilla JS, jQuery, ES6), Angular, and React, and Back-end software such as PHP, Java, Python, Node.js
Familiarity with WordPress core architecture and WordPress multisite
WooCommerce and other e-commerce extensions experience will be an added advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of designers, developers, and stakeholders
Good communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Your role and responsibilities
Building and maintaining eCommerce sites on WordPress
Integrations to external storefronts (like Amazon, Kogan, catch, etc)
Version control software such as GitHub, Codecommit
Build themes and plugins for WordPress
