5-7 years’ experience in a Creative Designer, Multimedia Designer, Motion Designer, or similar role in a television station or a creative production agency is a must.
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and digital campaign work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and digital content production.
Experience creating assets for digital advertising and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Strong understanding of digital production workflows, online advertising specifications, asset optimisation and campaign deployment requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience producing and delivering Television Commercials (TVCs).
Knowledge of broadcast specifications and compliance requirements, including CAD, Free-to-Air, and STA delivery standards.
Experience creating animated HTML5 display advertisements, rich media assets, and homepage takeovers.
Experience working with media agencies, broadcasters and production partners to manage asset trafficking, approvals and delivery.
Your role and responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual assets for marketing, communications, and brand campaigns across digital, social, web, and corporate platforms.
Create, edit, and deliver motion graphics, animations, and video content, including TVCs. Ensure all video deliverables meet broadcast compliance and delivery specifications (CAD, Free-to-Air, and STA).
Produce high-impact digital assets, including animated HTML5 display ads, rich media creatives, and homepage takeovers.
Prepare, quality check, and dispatch assets across all platforms. Manage multi-format delivery and coordinate with media and production partners.
Independently manage projects from concept through to final deployment. Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining creative excellence and meeting deadlines.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to provide high-quality creative solutions.
