Your role and responsibilities
Email Strategy & Execution (80%)
Develop and implement end-to-end email marketing strategies—segmentation, journey mapping, template design, automation and A/B testing
Build, launch and optimise automated email workflows (welcome series, nurture sequences, re-engagement, promotions) using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Mailtrap, MailModo or HubSpot.
Craft persuasive copy and dynamic content that drives opens, clicks and conversions
Monitor deliverability and engagement metrics; analyse performance data and iterate to meet revenue and engagement targets
Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency and email-best-practice layouts
Basic SEO Support (10%)
Conduct keyword research to inform email subject lines, preheaders, and landing-page copy
Apply on-page SEO fundamentals (meta tags, headers, internal links) to email-driven landing pages
Monitor simple SEO metrics (rankings, page speed) and recommend quick-win optimisations
Paid Ads Alignment (10%)
Understand core principles of Google Ads and Meta Ads to sync email campaigns with paid efforts
Review ad creatives and targeting logic, offering insights to lift overall campaign synergy (training provided)
