Digital Marketing Executive/ Manager (Email Focus)

Are you the right fit?

  • Experience: 4+ years in email/EDM marketing—agency or fast-paced in-house environment
  • Platforms: Hands-on with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Mailtrap, MailModo, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Technical Skills: HTML/CSS knowledge for email template tweaks; familiarity with UTM tracking & Google Analytics, and basic SEO tools
  • Creative Skills: Canva, basic Photoshop knowledge.
  • Analytical & Copywriting: Strong data-analysis chops and persuasive writing flair, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills; able to translate insights into clear client-facing reports

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in handling email campaigns in Australia, Canada, USA, Singapore
  • Prior exposure to paid-ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and broader marketing-automation integrations

Your role and responsibilities

Email Strategy & Execution (80%)

  • Develop and implement end-to-end email marketing strategies—segmentation, journey mapping, template design, automation and A/B testing
  • Build, launch and optimise automated email workflows (welcome series, nurture sequences, re-engagement, promotions) using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Mailtrap, MailModo or HubSpot.
  • Craft persuasive copy and dynamic content that drives opens, clicks and conversions
  • Monitor deliverability and engagement metrics; analyse performance data and iterate to meet revenue and engagement targets
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency and email-best-practice layouts

Basic SEO Support (10%)

  • Conduct keyword research to inform email subject lines, preheaders, and landing-page copy
  • Apply on-page SEO fundamentals (meta tags, headers, internal links) to email-driven landing pages
  • Monitor simple SEO metrics (rankings, page speed) and recommend quick-win optimisations

Paid Ads Alignment (10%)

  • Understand core principles of Google Ads and Meta Ads to sync email campaigns with paid efforts
  • Review ad creatives and targeting logic, offering insights to lift overall campaign synergy (training provided)
