Multimedia Designer - Motion

Are you the right fit?

  • 5-7 years’ experience in a Creative Designer, Multimedia Designer, Motion Designer, or similar role in a television station or a creative production agency is a must.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and digital campaign work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and digital content production.
  • Experience creating assets for digital advertising and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital production workflows, online advertising specifications, asset optimisation and campaign deployment requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience producing and delivering Television Commercials (TVCs).
  • Knowledge of broadcast specifications and compliance requirements, including CAD, Free-to-Air, and STA delivery standards.
  • Experience creating animated HTML5 display advertisements, rich media assets, and homepage takeovers.
  • Experience working with media agencies, broadcasters and production partners to manage asset trafficking, approvals and delivery.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and visual assets for marketing, communications, and brand campaigns across digital, social, web, and corporate platforms.
  • Create, edit, and deliver motion graphics, animations, and video content, including TVCs. Ensure all video deliverables meet broadcast compliance and delivery specifications (CAD, Free-to-Air, and STA).
  • Produce high-impact digital assets, including animated HTML5 display ads, rich media creatives, and homepage takeovers.
  • Prepare, quality check, and dispatch assets across all platforms. Manage multi-format delivery and coordinate with media and production partners.
  • Independently manage projects from concept through to final deployment. Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining creative excellence and meeting deadlines.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to provide high-quality creative solutions.
